The Surf Shack is the perfect home for large families and groups. Located walking distance to the river, beach, and ocean this spacious 6 bedroom, 3 bath home has a private heated pool with a large covered patio featuring outdoor dining and living room areas, gas grill and fire pit. There's so much to do! The beach is only 6 blocks away! Take the kayaks to the river launch across the street and enjoy watching dolphins and manatees. You'll enjoy the bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and all the beach gear you need for a fantastic vacation experience.

Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
